Delivers excellent customer service to the residents and their family members. Documents vital signs including blood pressure, temperature respiration and weight checks and other pertinent information in the resident#s electronic health record. Education/Training: A high school diploma, GED, or active registry status on the state nurse aide registry required. Successful completion of Pennsylvania Personal Care DPW Medication Administration Course/ Maryland Assisted Living Medication Administration course. # Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions preferred. # ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
